Legal DescriptionThe flag is a rectangular blue flag of which the fly is one and a half times the length of the hoist. Twelve gold stars are arranged in a circle in the centre of the rectangle. The diameter of the circle is one third of the length of the hoist. Each star has five points which are situated on the circumference of an invisible circle whose diameter is one eighteenth of the length of the hoist. All the stars are arranged vertically, i.e. with one point upwards and two points resting on a straight line perpendicular to the mast. The stars are arranged like the hour marks on the face of a clock.
